1. What types of lash sets do you offer?

Classic, Hybrid, Volume, Mega Volume, Wispy, and Wet Look — each offers a different level of fullness and style.

2. How long do lash extensions last?

Typically 2–3 weeks before a refill is needed. Full retention varies based on your natural lash cycle and aftercare.

3. Do you offer patch tests?

Yes! I recommend a free patch test at least 24–48 hours before your first set if you're concerned about sensitivity.

4. How should I prepare for my lash appointment?

Come with clean lashes (no makeup, mascara, or oil-based products). Avoid caffeine and arrive on time!

5. How do I care for my lashes after the appointment?

Avoid oil-based products, and brush daily with a spoolie. Lash shampoo 2–3x/week.

6. Can I wear mascara with lash extensions?

No — especially not waterproof mascara. It can damage the extensions and make them fall out sooner.

7. What’s your refill policy?

I offer 2-week and 3-week refill options. At least 40% of your lashes should still be on for it to count as a refill.

8. What if I have a reaction?

If you experience redness, swelling, or irritation, please contact me immediately. Patch tests help reduce this risk.

9. Do you offer removals?

Yes, safe professional lash removals are available.

10. What’s your cancellation or no-show policy?

Please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a fee. No-shows may be charged a portion of the service.
