Booking & Appointments

- Appointments must be booked in advance — no walk-ins.

- Please arrive on time.

- No extra guests, kids, or pets during appointments — I want every client to enjoy a relaxing, quiet space. 👁️

Lash Policies

- Arrive with clean lashes (no mascara, oils, or makeup).

- Refills are recommended every 2–3 weeks for best retention.

- After 3 weeks or less than 40% of extensions remaining → a full set may be required.

- Touch-ups are available within 8 days of your last appointment.

- If you experience irritation or an allergic reaction, please contact me immediately for a safe removal. 💆‍♀️

Hydra Facial Policies

- Please come if possible with a clean, makeup-free face.

- Avoid Retin-A, peels, or exfoliants for 3–5 days before and after treatment.

- Inform me of any skin sensitivities, allergies, or conditions before your facial.

- Results depend on your skin type and consistency of care.

Cancellations & No-Shows

- Please give at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.

- No-shows or repeated last-minute cancellations may prevent future bookings.
